There is something deeply calming about this tray — a piece that carries the unhurried craft of hand engraving into the everyday rituals of the modern home. Turned from solid mango wood and finished to a smooth, warm natural tone, this generously proportioned round tray is engraved across its base with an intricate composition of lotus blooms and flowing paisley motifs — a design vocabulary rooted in centuries of Indian decorative tradition, rendered here with a lightness and restraint that feels entirely contemporary. The engraving is worked directly into the wood surface, its depth and shadow shifting beautifully as light moves across it throughout the day.
