These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website including browsers, wholesale buyers, retailers and any other visitors.

2. Wholesale and B2B Nature of Our Business
Woodé Maison operates primarily as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our products are available to:
• Importers and wholesale distributors
• Retailers and boutique stores
• Interior designers and hospitality projects
• Private label and OEM buyers
Pricing on our website is available on request only. To obtain pricing, you must submit a Request a Quote form with your business details, product SKU codes, required quantities and any customisation requirements.
3. Request a Quote Process
Our website includes a Request a Quote page where you can submit enquiries for wholesale pricing. By submitting this form you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• The information you provide including your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, SKU codes, quantities and customisation requirements will be used solely to prepare and send you a quotation
• Submission of a quote request does not constitute a binding order or contract
• We will respond to all quote requests within 24-48 business hours
• Prices quoted are subject to minimum order quantities, current stock availability and prevailing material costs
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion
4. Orders and Contracts
A binding contract between you and Woodé Maison is only formed when:
• You have received a formal written quotation from us
• You have confirmed your order in writing via email
• We have issued an Order Confirmation document
• Payment terms have been agreed in writing
Any order placed is subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time before dispatch if we are unable to fulfil them for any reason.
5. Pricing
All prices quoted are wholesale prices exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless an alternative currency is agreed in writing
• Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer
• Woodé Maison reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Confirmed orders will be honoured at the quoted price
• Minimum order values and quantities apply and will be communicated in your quotation
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be set out in your quotation and order confirmation. Standard payment terms are:
• 50% deposit required to commence production
• Remaining 50% balance due prior to dispatch
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, and other methods as agreed
• All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders where payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.
7. Handcrafted Products — Variations and Uniqueness
All Woodé Maison products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept the following:
• Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture and resin patterns are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and not defects
• No two pieces are identical — exact colour matching to photographs cannot be guaranteed
• Minor dimensional variations of up to 5% are acceptable tolerances for handcrafted products
• Resin colours may vary slightly between production batches
These natural variations are what make each Woodé Maison piece unique and are a mark of authentic handcrafted quality.
8. Production and Lead Times
All products are made to order. Standard production timelines are:
• Standard orders: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit receipt
• Large volume orders: lead times will be confirmed in your quotation
• Custom and private label orders: 4-6 weeks depending on complexity
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, production complexity or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Woodé Maison ships worldwide. Shipping terms will be outlined in your quotation.
• We ship via Air Freight, Sea Freight and international courier services including DHL, FedEx and UPS
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume and destination country
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier
• We package all orders to international export standards to minimise transit damage
• Woodé Maison is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays or force majeure events
Buyers may arrange their own logistics. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use your own freight forwarder.
10. Inspection, Returns and Claims
We strongly recommend inspecting all goods upon delivery. The following terms apply to returns and claims:
• Any claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery
• We will assess all claims and, where valid, offer replacement, repair or credit at our discretion
• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods — not for change of mind or minor natural variations
• Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their cost
• Custom and private label orders are non-returnable unless defective
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including product images, descriptions, logos, branding and design concepts are the intellectual property of Woodé Maison and Export Corporation LLP.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written permission
• Product designs and patterns created by Woodé Maison are proprietary and may not be replicated or reverse engineered
• Buyers who commission custom designs acknowledge that original design concepts remain the property of Woodé Maison unless explicitly transferred in writing
12. Warranty
Woodé Maison products are covered by our standard warranty as set out in our Warranty and Guarantee Policy available at woodemaison.com. In summary:
• All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the period specified in the Warranty Policy
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
• Woodé Maison's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of business or damage to reputation
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions or government actions
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
