Warranty and Guarantee Policy
All our wooden products are handcrafted using carefully selected, seasoned natural wood. As wood is a natural material, each product may display variations in grain, texture, color, or knots. These natural characteristics are inherent to wood and do not indicate defects.
Warranty Coverage (Manufacturing Defects Only)
We provide a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only, identified at the time of delivery.
This warranty applies exclusively to defects arising from the manufacturing process and does not include shipping or transit-related damage.
Shipping & Transit Responsibility
- We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit.
- Customers are required to opt for transit insurance
- Any damage caused during shipping must be claimed directly with the insurance provider.
- Orders shipped without insurance are sent entirely at the customer’s risk.
- We also provide transit insurance upon customer's request (at actual cost)
Claim Procedure for Manufacturing Defects
- Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect must be provided.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Claims raised after 7 days will not be eligible for warranty consideration.
Upon verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our sole discretion.
Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.
- Transit damage, mishandling by the courier, or damage due to improper packaging by third-party carriers is not eligible for return or replacement.
- Customized or made-to-order wooden products are non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty or returns:
- Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, or knots.
- Minor surface irregularities inherent to natural wood.
- Damage caused by moisture, water exposure, humidity, heat, sunlight, or improper handling after delivery.
- Wear and tear, aging, or changes due to environmental conditions.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once the product is delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for:
- Proper handling, storage, and maintenance of the product.
- Ensuring suitable environmental conditions for natural wood products.
Right to Amend
We reserve the right to inspect all claims and make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility. This policy may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice.
